The program
STRYKE AUTOMOTIVE LLC, doing business as STRYKE, operates a text messaging program for people at dealerships who have asked us to keep them posted. You are only in it if you gave us your mobile number on this site and ticked the box asking us to text you. We do not buy numbers, and we do not text anyone who did not ask us to.
What we send
Messages about pilot availability in your market, the status of a reservation you placed with us, and notices about an account if you have one. That is the whole program. We do not send offers on behalf of anyone else, and we do not sell access to this list.
How often
Message frequency varies. We are not running a drip campaign. In practice this is a handful of messages, and most of them are a reply to something you sent us.
What it costs
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages. Your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT and REVOKE all work. You will get one message confirming it, and then nothing further. You can also email support@strykeauto.com and ask, or just tell us in plain words in a reply. You do not have to know the magic keyword.
If you opt out and later change your mind, reply START to opt back in.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and neither is something we control.
Your information
Your mobile number and your consent to be texted are not shared with anyone for marketing. The detail is in our Privacy Policy.

If these terms change, the updated version goes on this page with a new date at the top. Questions go to support@strykeauto.com.
